RobustHealth is a nonprofit community fitness platform. It is free to use. Optional premium membership and donations help cover operating costs and fund contributors.
You own the health data you log (meals, workouts, biometrics). By posting to the social feed or contributing to the food/exercise database, you grant RobustHealth a licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You may not post content that is false, harmful, abusive, or illegal.
Contributions to the shared food and exercise database (new foods, exercises, corrections) are subject to community review. The platform uses a community notes and consensus-values model — original content is never silently edited; corrections appear alongside originals. Contributing false or misleading data intentionally may result in account suspension.
Coaches are independent practitioners. RobustHealth is a marketplace platform only — we do not employ coaches, endorse their advice, or warrant their qualifications beyond what they self-certify. Coaches keep 100% of session fees agreed directly with clients. Any disputes between coaches and clients are between those parties.
Premium membership is billed monthly on your chosen billing date. The price is calculated each month as the platform's operating cost divided by the number of active members — it varies. You will be charged the current rate on each billing anniversary. You may cancel at any time; your membership continues to the end of the billing period.
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. 100% of the net donation (after Stripe payment processing fees) goes to the contributor pool distributed quarterly to platform contributors.
Contributor points are earned for approved platform contributions. Points are converted to a share of the donation pool each quarter. Payouts are at our discretion and subject to available funds. Points have no cash value outside this system.
RobustHealth is not a medical service. Calorie estimates, macro targets, and fitness data are for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise programme.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will endeavour to notify you first unless the violation is severe or ongoing.
RobustHealth is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or injuries arising from use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
